A network of senior professionals
Siever is an investment and advisory network. It was established as we started investing in various startups and the founder was taking on advisory and board engagements. Many of these engagements were motivated by the urge to give back and try to make a system out of the various experiences built up over two decades of international leadership positions. As a young aspiring leader, one of the most important reasons for success and ever bigger opportunities were the incredibly inspiring and powerful mentors that gave their trust with ever growing challenges. They bestowed trust while giving extremely powerful advice and lessons along the way. As we become more senior and more experienced, it is our turn to pay forward to a new generation of leaders. The ambition with Siever is to scale and create a system and investment ecosystem based on the experiences we have gained

Profile
We primarily help companies that use technology to solve some of the fundamental challenges that face our generation. We invest, advise and take active roles in the companies we are involved in. Our goal is to make an impact, but make money and have some fun while we are at it.
Aside from active investments, we continue to build what is for now called an ‘operator’s network’. The network is a set of senior professionals with vast experience in leadership, investments, financing etc. The aim is to bridge generations and make experience accessible to young talent who want to make a difference, but might lack resources, be it access to capital, leadership or specific competence.
What we are not
We are neither an incubator nor a classic fund. We are a network of people with other engagements interested in making an impact through what we do, to transfer and use our network and experience to up and coming companies and leaders while learning about application of new technologies for the betterment of everyone.
Our investments
Our investments are motivated by the belief that creating a business and making an impact can go hand in hand. We put our focus on businesses with new tech that can change or disrupt a vertical for the better. Our expertise being international expansion and scaling, we look for opportunities where we can enter early, but typically later than the seed stage. We will only make investments where we can influence and work for the funds we deploy.
